I have not been feeling myself lately…
I’ve put so much pressure on 2018 that being in a rush to implement it ALL, I almost lost my mind along the way.
Being in a state when nothing I do really satisfies me. Sleepless nights of overthinking and undervaluing myself, feeling like everything is worthless.. the whole WORLD and everything in it doesn’t have a point and … why are we all here?! What is our mission? What are we supposed to do and what is the right, perfect way of doing it? I got too caught up in analyzing WHY I don’t accomplish certain things that I completely forgot to focus on what I already HAVE! What I already accomplished and how grateful I am! How proud I am of myself!
The moment I took my time to STOP and just experience, feel with my entire existence HOW grateful I am – everything’s changed. Life is beautiful! I befriended myself all over again.
