BUXOM FULL-ON LIP CREAM REVIEW

Today we are going to be reviewing BUXOM Full-On Lip Cream, which is claimed to be ‘the best lip gloss EVER’ by a lot of beauty influencers!
Buxom lip cream comes in 15 shades to choose from and retails for $20.00 in SEPHORA
Its consistency is quite thick and it IS really sticky! Surprisingly, it did not throw me off in this exact product (that is the main reason I am not a fan of lip glosses in the first place)!
Because it is very thick, it does not bleed whatsoever & looks beautiful on the lips giving a stunning glossy effect and a gorgeous rich tint. And because it is sticky – it lasts a very very long time no matter how many times you rub your lips!
It does give a strong tingling sensation throughout the entire period of wear, it does not hurt the lips though! It is a very pleasant feeling I must say 🙂 simply because it does feel like a plumping effect ♥
As for the price, of course it is more on a higher side but I do feel like you DO get what you pay for. It does not require re-application, hence it will last you quite a long time & it IS an amazing product of a high quality with great and safe ingredients!
I do recommend you trying it out, you can test it in the store first and then make up your mind about the shade that suits you the most, how it feels on your lips etc. That’s what I did 🙂

REVIEW: PACIFICA Power of Love Natural Lipstick

In this blog post I would like to share with my first impressions / review on new PACIFICA Power of Love Natural Lipstick.
The brand PACIFICA caught my eye because it is vegan and cruelty-free, which is always a great plus for a makeup brand! Also, I am quite positive (from my own experience) products of this kind of brands always work amazingly for me, do not irritate my skin, no allergy whatsoever, etc.
Let me start by saying that there is not a ginormous amount of shade options (only 5), but all of them are BEAUTIFUL and suit literally all skin tones :
Super Love, Nudie Red (my favorite <3), Sweet One, Compassion Passion and Tender Heart
- Finish: Power of Love Natural Lipstick has a satin matte finish, however it does not dry out lips. It glides on the lips like a balm, moisturizing them, but looks matte! The feeling of moisturized soft lips lingers all throughout the wear time.
Me wearing Nudie Red - Pigmentation: It is very pigmented! There’s no need in layering it over and over, the color comes of pretty true to life (just like in a tube) on lips, which is amazing since it’s going to last you a long time! Also, no lip liner needed with this lipstick – seriously! Even if you’re into over-lining, you can do it with the lipstick itself ❤
- Longevity: Lipstick is quite long wearing, not really like a liquid lipstick but it does last for good 5 hours or so. Also, it comes off beautifully, not patchy, not smudgy or anything – which is also a great plus!
- Scent: This is probably the only downside for me – it has a subtle oily scent (like sunflower oil) which is not my favorite scent ever 😦 But it does tend to fade away within a few minutes after putting it on.

REVIEW: Gosh SOFT ’N SHINE LIP BALM
Let me be honest here!
I got the GOSH SOFT ’N SHINE LIP BALM just because of the color, since it has the exact undertone I was looking for ♥ Have never tried GOSH balms before and had no idea how they would work on my lips.
Actually, I haven’t even swatched it in the store and thought it was more of a sheer lipstick rather than a balm. (hashtag “fast buyer”)
So, the one I own is in 34 Perfect Plum.
And let me tell you, I’ve noticed reaching out for it every single day recently. What I really like about it is that it’s beautifully pigmented for a lipstick & glides on making lips super soft like a balm. Goes gorgeous with a variety of eye makeup looks as well!
The only down side is that it actually requires retouches throughout the day quite often – not very long lasting! However, it does not claim to be..so we’re not misguided here in any sense!
For those of you being a fan of tinted lip balms – this is definitely a MUST HAVE! (Plan on getting it in other shades too).
